Imagine my surprise to find the stunning Amsterdam home of Henk and Saskia Teunissen in this months Home Beautiful. Henk is the brains behind the wonderful interiors company Riviera Maison.I love this home, but have only seen a few photos until yesterday.
I love the feel of this porch, which includes all of my favourite elements, wicker, wing chairs, white and lots of greenery...beautiful.

I would love an old Bakelite phone for our kitchen, and this one in the master bedroom would be perfect. You can find something similar at Bailey's. The lamps are gorgeous and can also be purchased through Riviera Maison.
Another rattan wing back chair and the gorgeous headboard look fantastic with the white, beaded board walls and the painted floors. The beautiful faux fur and mosquito net stop the room being predictable.
Their whole home is fitted out with lots of interesting displays, like this old mannequin draped with jewelry in front of the beautiful mirror. A little hint of the bathroom lies beyond...oh and what a lovely chandelier.
A play of dark and light. The bathroom (left) is all dark and moody, but is still fitting with the home and finished with a tadelakt finish which the couple spotted in Marrakesh.
The entry (right) is awash with white and light and dressed with pieces from the Riviera Maison range and a canvas of the children...and another beautiful chandelier. In Australia, the range is available through Villa Maison.
