Things To Do This Weekend

If you live in Memphis or happen to be in Memphis this Saturday, October 17, please come to the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art for a panel discussion on "Updating the Traditional Home", moderated by yours truly. Sponsored by the Decorative Arts Trust, the discussion will include three of Memphis' top designers. DAT lectures are free with museum admission. The event begins at 10:30am. And if you're looking for something to do in Atlanta this Sunday, I invite you to attend the Plaza Towers Tour of Homes and Silent Auction which benefits MODA (Museum of Design Atlanta). The tour runs from 1pm to 5pm followed by a silent auction from 4-6pm. Tickets are $40. For more information, visit the website.
