Thankyou for all of the kind emails and comments from my last post.
Most of you know I am a certified Personal Trainer and group Fitness Trainer as well as what I do here, so health and fitness is always on my mind. I love the differences between Interiors and Fitness and they both keep me balanced...and very busy!

Many of you wanted to know the recipe's for my Spelt Bread and smoothies
...so here they are.
SPELT BREAD
500g Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour
10g Fast acting dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (I use a little less)
50g Sunflower seeds
50g Sesame seeds
small hand full of dried Cranberries
same of sultanas
500ml warm water

*heat oven to 200 C/400 F
*mix all ingredients in bowl, with water going in last. Mix well (don't knead) until it all comes together and is like dough
* Put into greased loaf tin (I coat it in sesame seeds) and into oven  for about 45mins to an hour
*Turn out of tin, and put back in oven for about 5 minutes.

You can also make this with wholemeal self raising flour too and add cinnamon, apricots, sultanas etc for a fruit loaf kind of mix. I use whatever I have on hand. Nuts are nice too with banana.

SUPER BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
250mls Organic Rice Milk
Banana
Tablespoon Oats
teaspoon organic honey
small Apple
LSA (linseed, sunflower kernels, Almonds)
Teaspoon Cinnamon

*throw in blender and whiz til smooth- too easy!

I play about with this to taste, so it is never exact. If I have a big weights/cardio morning, I will add a little more oats. Sometimes I add ice cubes too.
